Mr. Victor Kow
Victor an expert HR practitioner and human resources development having worker for multinational companies in oil and gas sectors and government-links organisation for over 30 years. He has his own HR consultancy company and teaches at various higher education institutions. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, Rutgers - State University of New Jersey, USA.
Mr. Sam Kok
Sam comes from a background of managing marketing operations and education operations for over 10 years with 6 years heading student support and examination department overseeing examination processes within the quality assurance framework of the Institute. He holds a Master of Science in Leisure Administration, Chaoyang University of Technology, Taiwan.
